Return Policy



We do not accept any returns.


We cannot cancel any order once the item has been shipped.
Cancellation may be considered if the item is still in preproduction or in pre-shipment.


Kindly inform us immediately if the item was damaged during the delivery. We will ship the replacement as soon as possible. Please note that this policy lasts for 1 month. If 1 month has passed by since your product's arrival date, we cannot offer you a replacement or refund. To be eligible for a replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as photographic evidence of any damages in order to proceed. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

*For Musou Black Paint only:
It MUST also be in the original plastic packaging. If the item is removed from the plastic packaging, it is no longer eligible for replacement.

If your request is approved, you may request for a replacement or for a full refund of the product cost.

Refunds (if applicable):

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment with a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted within your credit card company or bank.
