Laser-Cutting

We provide a custom cutting service using a laser processing machine to support small lots and prototype parts with short delivery times. Shipment is possible on the same day at the earliest. 

 

The estimated processing cost can easily be calculated by downloading the adjacent Excel file and entering the material and external dimensions of the parts in the red outlines. However, the cost will change depending on the shape, so the official quotation will be provided after receiving the design drawing from you.

*As a drawback of laser processing, a slight amount of particulate may adhere around the edges. 

In addition, we can combine laser-cutting and material application processes to achieve alternative printed products such as non-reflective QR code signboards. For any inquiries related to this matter, please feel free to contact us through the inquiry page.

Returns:

We do not accept any returns.

Cancellation:

We cannot cancel any order once the item has been shipped.
Cancellation may be considered if the item is still in preproduction or in pre-shipment.

Replacement:

Kindly inform us immediately if the item was damaged during the delivery. We will ship the replacement as soon as possible. Please note that this policy lasts for 1 month. If 1 month has passed by since your product's arrival date, we cannot offer you a replacement or refund. To be eligible for a replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as photographic evidence of any damages in order to proceed. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

*For Musou Black Paint only:
It MUST also be in the original plastic packaging. If the item is removed from the plastic packaging, it is no longer eligible for replacement.

If your request is approved, you may request for a replacement or for a full refund of the product cost.

Refunds (if applicable):

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment with a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted within your credit card company or bank.
