Import duties and taxes

Orders shipped to the United States

Import duties are calculated at checkout and shown as a separate "Duties" line before you pay. We ship your order Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): we pay the duties to U.S. Customs on your behalf, so you will not be asked to pay import duties or customs clearance fees on delivery.

If we cancel your order before it ships, the duties are refunded in full together with the rest of your payment.

For orders placed through a quote or an invoice, the duty terms are stated on the quote.

Orders shipped to all other countries

Import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST) and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Orders over 80 kg (176 lb)

Our online checkout can calculate shipping for orders up to 80 kg. If your order is heavier — for example, more than four 15 L cans of paint — please contact us before ordering. We will email you a quote including shipping, and you can pay online from that quote.
